Felix Amerasinghe

I am an artist who specializes in pastel and oil portraiture but I also paint landscapes, still lifes, the human figure and narrative pieces. Much of my work is commissioned but I also have a portfolio of pieces that are available for purchase.

I was an attorney for 14 years before leaving the law in 2015 to pursue my passion to paint and write fiction. In addition to painting and drawing, I also write short stories. One of those stories, Journey from Id Row, is soon to be published in Upstreet Magazine, a selective literary journal. My fiction complements the narratives in my paintings and drawings and vice versa.
